One of the reasons you can be ok with getting older is by knowing your Spirit does not age  (2 Corinthians 4:16). Isn't it crazy how we get excited about getting older when we were kids and then when we become adults some of us start to dread getting older.  As a child we look forward to more responsibilities, privileges, and rights, or we just like the way it sounds and looks, for instance, turning 10 years old means getting into the two digits. At 12 means you are a preteen. At 13 you are officially a teenager. At 15 you can get your driver's permit. At 16 you are old enough to get your driver's license. At 18 you are now considered by law an adult and for most it is time to graduate and maybe go off to college, and you can exercise your right to vote. At 21 years old you are legally allowed to drink alcohol. But around 25 to 30 years old stuff starts getting real, and the rights and responsibilities of being an adult, we learn it is not what we thought it would be.  Fo...

This election was partially lost because Joe Biden was pushed out the race due to fear. It might not have been the reason for all the voters, but whether voters and those who decided to sit this election out were aware of it or not, President Joe Biden being pushed out was a contributing factor, because some people were hurt by it, felt like he was disrespected, and they felt like their pick for president was taken from them.   Some of the leaders of the Democratic Party pushed Biden out by expressing their concerns about his age and the lackluster performance at the debate, some donors threatened to withhold money to Joe Biden's campaign, and some of the media continually talked about Joe Biden's age before and after the debate and the debate performance.  Did you see Joe Biden days after the election when he gave a speech? There are eight examples in the Bible that I was reading about on how God brought couples together that include: Adam and Eve (see Genesis 2:4-25), Isaac and Rebekah (see Genesis 24), Jacob and Rachel (see Genesis 29:1-30),  Moses and Zipporah (see Exodus 2:11-25),  Samson's marriage to the Philistine woman (see Judges 14),  Ruth and Boaz (see the book of Ruth),  Esther and King Xerxes (see Esther 2:1-18), and Hosea and Gomer (see Hosea 1:1-11).  I was looking at these stories to get some insight about God choosing a mate for us and I believe God showed me how everyone's stories were different but there were some similarities that we can learn from.  For example, if we look in the Bible under Genesis 2:18, God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone, I will make a helper suitable for him." The Bible tells us not to be joined together with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14-17); although we need to love and do right by all people, we need to be careful with who we are friends with.
